New Vehicle Handover Inspections

Buying a new vehicle is one of the largest purchases many Australians make, yet many consumers accept delivery without knowing the vehicle’s true condition.
Handover Inspectors provides detailed pre-handover inspections to identify undisclosed repairs, transit damage, issues with accessory fitment, and workmanship concerns.
We help consumers detect:
  • Hidden transit damage or repairs
  • Showroom or storage yard damage
  • Paint quality defects
  • Accessory product quality
  • Accessory fitment quality
  • Accidental damage from accessory fitment
  • Drilling unnecessary holes
  • Confirm dealer work order has been fulfilled
  • Potential voids with the new car warranty
  • Vehicle matches contract of sale
  • Unsavoury pushy behaviour to sign and accept
Our inspections give you the confidence to either accept or reject the vehicle before final handover.
